Cider 101
Crisp air, cold cans, a table full of apples.
A complete fall cider tasting: 12 real hard ciders in three tiers from grocery favorites to French cidre, Basque sidra and ice cider, a blind Cider-Off, a build-your-own cider board, eight party batches and 20 cider drinks and fall snacks, with a zero-proof track throughout.
1 / 14 · The kit
Cider 101 turns a few four-packs into a real fall tasting. Taste sweet, dry, rosé, perry and traditional ciders side by side, play the blind Cider-Off, build a cider board with cheddar, apples and caramel, and make a slow-cooker pot or cider sangria for a crowd. Every fact is checked, and a zero-proof track means kids and non-drinkers get a glass too.
